Built in 1884, classified by the National Trust, Miss Louisa Merridew's
residence for 80 years has been tastefully restored to retain the grace
and quiet dignity of her family home, whilst offering our guests
today's 4 Star comfort.

Louisa's Cottage is in the heart of Sandy Bay close to the shops, banks
and restaurants. Conference delegates can walk to the University of
Tasmania, the Royal Yacht Club and a little further to the Wrest Point
Casino.
It is also an easy walk through historic Battery Point to Salamanca
Place, famous for its market on Saturdays, its galleries and its fine
food. From there it is on to Hobart's exciting waterfront.
